RETURN POLICY

Claims and Returns for Products

Item return for credit can be requested within 30 days of purchase without penalty or restocking fees applying. After 30 days of purchase a standard 20% restocking fee will apply to authorized return items.


Stocking Items

For all returns of stocking items, a minimum of 20% restocking fee will be charged on all authorized returns. All returns claims must be made within 180 days of the purchase date. Claims after 180 days from purchase will not be accepted.


Non-Stocking Item Ordering

Items that are requested to be ordered by Reno Lighting that are not stocked or that are from a third party must be purchased, respecting the minimum quantity and minimum order dollar amount dictated by our terms and conditions, as well as the third parties. Non stocking items order cannot be cancelled and are always final sale.

Pricing on non-stocking items respect the same terms listed in the aforementioned Pricing Terms.


Clearance Products

All items labeled as clearance on website and promotional material are always final sale and cannot be returned for credit. Standard warranty procedures apply.

All claims must be submitted by visiting the RMA/Warranty page at renolighting.com, with the following included:

  • Product code/description.
  • Purchase order number.
  • Reason for claim.

All Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form provided and approved by Reno Lighting. If items are brought back without an RMA, the drop off items will be refused.

Once a return is approved and an RMA number has been issued to the customer, the product must be returned to us within 30 days at the customer’s expense.

Reno Lighting will send replacement items prepaid to customers on approved warranty claims.

Only products and quantities listed on the RMA will be accepted for return. If returned items do not match the approved RMA, Reno Lighting reserves the right to return the goods to the sender at the sender’s expense.

All stock returns for credit must be in their original packaging, unmarked and in resalable condition.

All stock returns for warranty must have all original components and pieces intact. Items returned with components or pieces missing will not be eligible for return.

Products that have been custom painted at customer’s request are always final sale.
