THE CHALLENGE
THE CHALLENGE
BRIGHTER LIGHTING WASN'T THE ONLY GOAL: REDUCING THE NUMBER OF FIXTURES BY 50% WAS A KEY PRIORITY.
S&C Electric’s 150,000 SQFT facility located in Etobicoke was in need of upgrading their current 6-lamp and 8-lamp T8 Fluorescent High Bays. They were not looking for a brighter fixture; reducing the number of fixtures by 50% was also their goal.

THE SOLUTION
THE SOLUTION
S&C Electric turned to RENO's Zenith Series Linear High Bays. One of Canada’s most versatile Linear High Bays easily solved the issue of the existing lights being hung at various heights and configurations using its Multi Power and Multi CCT features.
Since the selected R2 Linear High Bay comes integrated with both power selectable and CCT selectable options and can operate at 120-347V all in one fixture, one SKU set at different settings depending on the space helped to replace two different T8 lamp high bays by adjusting the wattage with the flick of a switch.
S&C Electric boasted a 68% reduction in consumption over the existing lighting fixtures, increased their light levels by 40% and received a rebate of over $32,000 from the IESO for this project.
LINEAR HIGHBAYS
Existing 6-lamp and 8-lamp T8 fluorescent Highbays replace with the
LHB2 145W/160W/175W Linear Highbay.
